kATHRYN GOLDEN WILLIAMS

Ms Williams has been a Realtor since 2007.  Kathryn is licensed in both California and Nevada.

Kathryn began her career in San Francisco at the prestigous boutique McGuire Real Estate.  Her first year was at one of the most competitive markets in California and at the onset of the 2008 market crash.  Despite these challenges, Ms Williams was named Rookie of the Year and also chosen for the President's Club, a prestigious award granted to the top performers of the company.  Kathryn worked with both buyers and sellers including multi-unit residences, single family homes and condos.  Her depth of knowledge of the city, including its strict tenant issues, complicated city permits, air and water rights, and potential issues with nearby oil containers and landfill/seismic zones, prepared her for the most diverse challenges that a Realtor may encounter.  

 Ms. Williams relocated to La Quinta, California May 2010 where she joined HK Lane Real Estate.  Kathryn quickly learned the various lifestyles that the valley offers.  Currently Kathryn ACTIVELY lists and sells home in Golf Communities as a Realtor with Bennion Deville Homes, which is ranked #1 in the Coachella Valley.

In August 2023, Ms. Williams relocated to Henderson, Nevada at Lake Las Vegas along with her husband.  Kathryn's first month as a Nevada Realtor, she found her buyers their dream home for $4.2 million dollars.  

Ms. Williams continued to sell homes in La Quinta, CA, with record success. Her enthusiasm & passion for her career, coupled with her business savvy & expertise, enable her to be an outstanding agent representing buyers and sellers.  Her vast network between San Francisco, La Quinta, and now Henderson surely helps in her success.

Kathryn enjoys golfing, exercising, cooking, painting, and eating fine foods.
